Every morning we stretch blocks of natural curd cheese by hand to transform them into Fior di Latte mozzarella. This old-world craft results in a delicate mozzarella cheese with unmatched flavor.

Our dough is simple: no GMO Italian 00 flour, EVOO, water, sea salt and yeast. It’s fermented for a minimum of 36 hours until only complex carbohydrates remain. Delicious and light, it’s the perfect base.

Our meatballs are house-made with the highest quality Kobe beef. The marbleized ground beef makes for meatballs that are juicy and packed full of flavor.

We make our sauce from scratch, using only the finest San Marzano tomatoes. Simmered with aromatic herbs and spices to perfection, our sauce is velvety smooth, robust and naturally sweet.

OUR BRAZILIAN Rodizio de Pizza History

Delucca Gaucho Pizza is a culinary experience unlike anything else, inspired by an old and unique way of enjoying pizzas that has its roots in the gaucho’s land of South America.  

Decades later, the same gauchos who had created the Churrascaria Steakhouses, with their endless servings of roasted meat, envisioned a place where the guests could enjoy a similar experience, but with unlimited samplings of unique and handcrafted pizzas in a casual yet elegant place warmed by the sight and smells of wood-fired ovens. 

The gauchos named this new style of eatery Rodizio de Pizza and almost overnight, it became a huge success that until this day is the place to go for great food, great drinks and wine, laughter, and life-lasting memories with friends and family.
